Terms and Conditions

• This program is open to all qualified buyers of Alveo Land nationwide.
• A qualified buyer refers to any person who meets all of the following criteria:
  • Reserves any Alveo Land property (excluding parking slots) and executed the pertinent sales agreement from November 11-30, 2020
  • Books the unit within 30 days or less
• Qualified buyers will be entitled to Ayala eGC’s equivalent to their Alveo purchase. Buyer will get P5,000 worth for every P1 million purchase value, with a maximum redemption amount of P200,000. Purchase value equivalent will be rounded down to the nearest million and calculated net of VAT and discounts.
• Offer may only be redeemed once per buyer, regardless of multiple units booked.
• Program is applicable for cash and spot DP transactions only. Buyers can avail of promo terms concurrently being implemented.
• The Ayala Malls e-Gift Cards are transferable, but not convertible to cash.
• Qualified buyers will receive an official email containing guidelines for online redemption.
• Official e-mails are sent a week after the qualified buyer’s booking date, after sale is validated by the Alveo Land Sales Account and Control Team (SAC).
• He/she will be required to completely fill-out the online registration form indicating his/her name (whether individual or corporation), email address, mobile number, and identification of unit purchased.
• Upon verification by Alveo Land, the e-gift certificate will be sent to the buyer's email address.
• Final deadline for online redemption of all qualified bookings will only be until December 31, 2020. If buyer fails to complete the online redemption process, he/she will not be eligible to receive the incentive.
• All taxes accruing on receipt of the token, including but not limited to taxes on items as provided under applicable tax laws shall be shouldered by the buyer.
• Should the buyer decide to withdraw purchase of the unit, costs pertaining to GC’s will be deducted as part of the liquidated damages.
• In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Alveo Land’s decision shall prevail.
